These high-performance SLEDs are designed to meet diverse application needs and are offered in multiple package options, including:
- Cooled 14-pin Butterfly packages;
- Cooled and Uncooled 5-pin Butterfly packages;
- Low-cost Uncooled TOSA and TO-56 packages.
