Dr. Peter Gulden, Executive Vice President of indie’s Radar Systems and Software, leading the technical and commercial growth of indie’s exterior and interior radar sensing portfolio. His remit includes all radar silicon, system, and algorithm development, spanning architecture, software, and end‑to‑end engineering. In addition, he serves as General Manager of the Radar Business Unit with full P&L responsibility.
Dr. Gulden was formerly Executive Vice President of indie’s Radar Systems and Software business unit and Managing Director of Symeo, an indie Semiconductor company. He joined indie in January 2022, via the acquisition of Analog Device’s Radar Systems Group, where Dr. Gulden was the Engineering Director for automotive and industrial radar systems. Previously, Dr. Gulden was Chief Technology Officer for Symeo (which was acquired by Analog Devices), a leader in radar sensor technology for automotive and industrial markets. He started his career at Siemens, where he led the research and product development for radar and LiDAR systems.
Dr. Gulden earned his Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University and earned his Doctorate in Engineering and Electronics Communication Technology from The University of Siegen, Germany.
