Mr. Tyndall is our Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, responsible for directing M&A activities, identifying and establishing strategic business partnerships, and expanding indie’s relationships with the financial community.
Joining from Alexa Capital as a founding partner of their semiconductor practice, Mr. Tyndall has a long-standing history within the semiconductor industry. He was SVP of Corporate Development at Dialog Semiconductor until 2022, where he played a key role in driving the company’s growth over a period of 14 years. He executed multiple acquisitions, including a key technology licensing deal with Apple, drove capital financing transactions, and was instrumental in negotiating the sale of Dialog to Renesas. Before that, he held VP Business Development positions at MIPS Technologies until 2008 and at Infineon Technologies from 1999 until 2006.
Mr. Tyndall is currently a board director of PTSL an emerging leader in Semiconductor ATE, Silicon Valley start-up Paramagnetix, and holds advisory positions at Azoteq, Lime Microsystems, and Alexa Capital.
He has a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technological University of Dublin.
